Started Hyderabad No1 Biryani with one goal: to share the food I grew up with in Hyderabad. The kind of biryani you wait for on special occasions—the kind that brings everyone to the table. This restaurant is my way of keeping that tradition alive, one pot at a time.
Our Secret: Time and Tradition
Every biryani we make uses the same slow-cooked dum style that’s been passed down in my family for generations. We layer long-grain basmati rice, tender meat, and freshly ground spices, then seal it tightly until it’s ready to serve. No shortcuts, no guessing.
